Group Exhibition: VIEWS and FACES

この度THE blank GALLERYでは、風景と人物を題材とした絵画展「VIEWS and FACES」を開催します。
絵画の歴史においては、「風景」と「人物」は古くから常に描かれているモチーフであり、時代や地域性を反映し後世へと残される重要な題材とされています。では、現代の日本で活動するアーティストには、どのような「風景」や「人物」が見えているのか？本展では、ペインティング、デジタル、ステンシルなど、異なる技法を扱う8名の作家による、現在の「風景」と「人物」をテーマとした作品を発表いたします。
会期：2019年4月29日（月・祝）－5月12日（日） April 29th – May 12th
※初日29日は18時に開場、オープニングとなります。
Doors open at 6pm on the 29th for the opeing reception.
営業時間
土日祝 weekends 12:00－19:00
平日 weekdays 13:00－19:00
休廊日：5月9日（木） Closed on May 9th (Thu)
※GW中は休まず営業します。
